It's so unfortunate to see what we are seeing and reading about the unfolding series of shameful behaviors coming from our so called security officers. One would have thought that with the uprooting, so we thought, of Idi Amin and his henchmen, the country was free and liberated from terror and abuse of power.
I guess i now understand what it means when the saying, "The guilty are afraid!!" is implied.

Folks:
Mayors all over the world are elected by the people who live in those cities. The problem in Kampala is that most people who live in Kampala do not support the government and for that reason, the government is intent on taking away their right to elect the mayor of Kampala. The government is also afraid of Mayor Lukwago and the government is doing everything possible to keep him out of office, including shooting people who support him. This is really so sad.
