{UAH} have attended a MANIFESTO cocktail

So, today i attended a manifesto launch at a starry Kampala hotel and the manifesto happened to be of the NRM party and its serial flagbearer, Gen YK Museveni, presided.

In the business of the day, the General promised better roads, health systems, education, I.Ts, wealth creation progs, etc. The usual stuff in a different tone but one thing that usually stands out for me is that Museveni is the harshest critic of NRM. He always accuses its muscle of being flabby and its heads sleepy.

Kulambaala (lusoga for being in slumber) is the term he used. So guys have to wake up if grand visions are to be scored on.

Elsewhere, after the hard address, we had a cocktail.

I acquired myself two bottles of Bell which i emptied down the sink nearby and refilled the bottles with pure mineral water which i then gulped absentmindedly while thinking big. 

One other thing i noted; these NRM guys are murderous-about 50 innocent goats must have lost their dear lives just to please the palates of cocktail goers. When shall we ever develop the animal industry if every manifesto launch occasions such a massacre?
