If you are travelling with Air France we have not got any indication that they are not going to fly. As far as we know all in-bounds and out-bounds of Air France from this country are on the go. And all other airlines that go in seem to be prepared to go, American airlines as an example is preparing to go. I think  one flight out of Dallas was cancelled last night but they are planning to go today. Even though the boarders are closed, but Charles de Gaulle  is open and out of it AF is operating normal. Orly  airport in Paris is currently suspended, but this is only due to breakdown of computer program that provides weather and visibility updates to pilots. Train system into and out of France is also operating. But to be sure that you will fly especially today call your travel agent to confirm. But as far as we can understand flights are going in and out.
