{UAH} Mulindwa claims that the $$$$ meant for northern Uganda was was eaten by Acholi and Langi

This is a very bad topic that you really do not want to engage with Acholi and   Langi population, never ever go into questions of how money was spent. Have you   seen how they spit fire when you raise the violence? Start a series on how   corruption made the camps the best earning enterprise in entire Africa and see   how they come after you. I was reading a report from MS {Médecins Sans   Frontières} and actually when you only look at the funding that was coming to   them from only Australia they were getting about 1.8 Million dollars a month.   Just from a single country Australia. All these were monies to be spent into   Acholi and Lango. And that is only MS. I was in a meeting in Vancouver and   every one was so stuck into this Museveni atrocities and our people are dying,   I raised my hand to question about money and how it is spent, I literally saw   smoke oozing out of Acholi & Langi ears. No seriously. Never ever raise the   issue of how much was spent and how. And do you know why? Because Northerners   that were not in The North, but in diaspora and in Kampala taped into that   money massively, politicians like Norbert Mao kept their mouth for money was on   the table, Uganda government survived for money is on the table, Kony himself   kept ramping the war up for money was on the table. They all inclusive agreed   to hold the citizens into death camps for money was at the table. There was   nothing that has ever frustrated me than seeing Acholi and Langi arguing how   the camps must remain open, no Mr. president you cannot shut down the camps   because these people cannot live in homes,  they are used to camps. Say what   !!!!!!!!? Shutting the camps down was going to cut the NGOs down and that was   directly affecting the money flow into the North.
