{UAH} Pojim: Besigye Money Stolen in Busia!

The man is a thief, I raised this issue on Ugandans starting to hand money to politicians when they are not required by law to account for it and WBK went after me.  And here we so go.

Now your Lumino people do not know how to welcome visitors. According to today's Sunday Vision, Besigye's money, the one he collects from the public at rallies, was stolen as he addressed a rally yesterday at Lumino, by people claiming to be his supporters!
