Now is the right time to make more investment in people, more than building and weapons.

The poor must be treated with compassion; it is our central aim to lift them out of poverty, to make old age a time of ease.

Our vision is to enhance the quality of life for our people; our challenges are old, but also new.

We need a new type of liberty, we need both managers and statesmen, and we need experienced but also fresh minds.

This change we need requires serious leadership, and I am offering myself.
