{UAH} Update on Lawsuit

The hearing on our Motion to Supplement the Petition and the one for Judgment on the Pleadings which had been rescheduled for this morning have been delayed.   The court had to reschedule  on October 29, 2015 because their computer systems were down.  As for today, I could not make it because the only available time to the court (9am) was too early for me (6am my time). Another date will be communicated later this week.
