{UAH} UGANDANS CAN BENEFIT FROM POLITICS TIME

POLITICS TIME CAN BE USED TO PROMOTE UGANDA AT A LOW COST.

Presidential candidates effective from 9/11/2015 are going to be moving around Uganda seeking support for top job of the land. With cameras following each of the eight candidates, 90days are enough to collect representative information on;

1. The beauty of the country for tourism benefits given that the major Ugandan TV are now internationally viewed on top this, foreign journalists are going to be there.
2. Social, economic, cultural and environment of different parts of the country for proper comparison of different levels of development which will then help in planning for these areas. This will also prove or disapprove the perception that government has been favoring some parts of the country over the others in terms of developments.

The success of data collection will require the following
- Media houses to help us and give full coverage to all candidates
- Cameras not only to be focused on the crowds and candidates but also the surroundings areas to capture general appearance of the areas and other features like settlements, schools, health facilities, roads, agriculture, tree planting, terrains, poverty levels and so on.
- Candidates should try as much as possible to reach the rural areas, after all the is where majority of the voters are and this will enable the data collectors (journalists) to go there.
- Police and other security agencies should be as neutral as possible and treat all candidates equally and respect the work of journalists.
- Journalists also should report without any bias.
With the current challenge of climate, my area of interest is the vegetation cover and types from various parts of the country.
