{UAH} WE ARE NOT GOING TO PAY MUSSEVENI'S DEBTS

It is important to all those lending Museveni money today, that they understand that these monies are lent to Museveni the man, it is not to Uganda the state. And I continue that as soon as this government falls no matter how, the very first thing the next government is going to do is to protect the state of Uganda from these loans. So the onus of collecting these moneys is going to be to the lender on how he/she gets Museveni and collect. We are going to follow the model of Brazil and protect our country.

 

Lend Museveni your money at your own peril.
