...stop discussing esoteric stuff like reducing number of ministers, number of districts...

...talk about the biting poverty, education, health including maternal health

...focus on agriculture

...empowering Ugandans

And on taking power..

....Oversee the first peaceful transition of power

....And Get out of the way!!!
