And for that reason the people who run Kampala City Council , sold off wetlands, school land, sports stadia land, raod reservers and created such an enormous problem for the city dwellers should be brought to book and criminally changed as per the law.

These people are a disgrace to leave them alone riding on stolen wealth and it is not enough just to cancel land titles in wetlands.  They should be liable for their criminal acts since it is the same City dwellers to pay through the nose loosing twice  to rectify the problems caused by these reckless civil servants.

Kampala has enormous problems to resolve.
