Es ist ein bemerkenswerter Artikel, obwohl er alles zusammenträgt, was jüngst in vielen Medien hinsichtlich wichtiger Technologien, wo Russland die amerikanischen Kapazitäten übertroffen hat, veröffentlicht wurde. Bei „Effektivität des gesetzlichen Rahmens bei Klagen über Vorschriften“ Platz 35. Bei „Last von Regierungs-Vorschriften“ Platz 76. Bei „Verschwendung von Regierungs-Ausgaben“ auch 76. Bei „Schutz von Eigentumsrechten“ (die grundlegende Recht-und-Ordnung-Maßnahme) liegen wir auf Platz 42. Russland war noch schlechter mit einem Durchschnitts-Platz 110 von 144 Ländern.

Doch bezüglich der Korruption der Ausgaben von Dollars für die Armee ist die USA einfach gigantisch – und gewiss weit schlimmer als Russland. Am 13. Mai 2014 titelte ‚Stars and Stripes‘ „Jahrzehnte danach kann die Armee immer noch nicht Rechenschaft über ihre Ausgaben ablegen“ und schrieb:
Die Armee hinkt einer jahrzehnte-alten Forderung hinterher, ihre Ausgaben zu kontrollieren und die Verschwendung zu beschränken, gaben die Kontrolleure des Verteidigungs-Ministeriums am Dienstag dem Senat bekannt.

Faschistiche Länder sind unglaublich korrupt; sie stärken sich durch internationalen Diebstahl; und das Verteidigungsministerium ist sagenhaft korrupt.

Und da wollen die korrupten Aristokratien der Türkei, Saudi-Arabiens und Katars – die drei Haupt-Alliierten der USA – Syriens säkularen, nicht-sektiererischen und hartnäckigen anti-Dschihadisten, shiitischen [ein Fehler – Assad ist Alawit. Vielleicht stimmen einige von ihnen für Demokratie – der Fluch aller Aristokraten, weil Demokratie ihnen immer in die Quere kommt – ihrem ‚freien Markt‘, auf dem Blut und Eingeweide kaum höher bewertet werden als im Schlachthaus. Es ist einfach ‚Geschäft‘. Aber jedes internationale Geschäft ist immer auch Politik und Regierung. Das vermischt sich alles.

Das Dumme ist, dass Russland mit seiner Basis-Korruption notorisch korrupt ist, aber die USA mit ihrer massiven Korruption an der Spitze – die zunehmend immer legaler wird, nachdem der Oberste Gerichtshof wirklich alles getan hat, die Kufen noch mehr zu schmieren – in Wirklichkeit noch viel mehr korrupt ist (nur nicht so sichtbar).

Das russische System der Militärausgaben ist dem Amerikas diametral entgegengesetzt. Während die USA privatisiert hat, hat Russland seine Militärindustrie in staatlicher Hand. Alle Profite von Waffenverkäufen gehen an die russische Regierung, nicht an die Macher in den Multis. Die Waffenhersteller sind Teil der Regierung. Genau wie in den USA gibt es keine Finanzberichte über ihre Operationen; aber es gibt Finanzberichte jedes Jahr, die vom Verteidigungsminister geprüft werden und obendrein vom Präsidenten und dem Premier-Minister – Leute also, die den Wählern verantwortlich sind, nicht nur der Aristokratie der großen Aktionäre. In den USA gibt es überhaupt keine Finanzberichte. Stattdessen sehen Amerikas Politiker die Dollar nur in ihre ‚Wahl‘ -Kampagnen (eher wie aristokratische Wahl) fließen. Die Kriegsprofite sind privat und der Kauf der Politiker ist nur eine weitere geschäftliche Ausgabe.

Russland erhält bei weitem mehr für seine Militär-Rubel – das ist sicher. Da Obama jetzt immer stärker versucht, Russland zu erdrosseln, nicht nur ökonomisch sondern auch militärisch, kommt diese wenig beachtete Komponente von Amerikas riesiger Korruption immer mehr ans Licht, wenn auch nicht die Finanzoperationen dahinter.

Und dennoch glaubt die US-Öffentlichkeit, dass das ‚Verteidigungs‘-Ministerium und alle seine Kontraktoren und die nationalen Sicherheitsoperationen wie CIA, FBI etc. vor allem dazu da sind, das amerikanische Volk zu schützen, statt das Imperium zu schützen und auszudehnen und die Aristokratie, die über ihre Investitions-Fonds und ‚Nicht-Profite‘ die Presse ihr eigen nennt, die Waffenhersteller usw. Es ist ein Netzwerk der Macht, das umso mehr verdient, wenn die Öffentlichkeit in Angst lebt und Verachtung gegen ‚jene Fremden‘ oder ‚jene Ausländer‘ hegt, aber nicht gegen ihre eigene Aristokratie, die wirklich die Strippen zieht und die Sicherheit und das Leben aller anderen zerstört.
