{UAH} Besigye says he has the backing of powerful western governments

FDC presidential candidate Dr Kizza Besigye has told supporters in Kabarole that he has received support for his presidential bid from some powerful western countries. Besigye did not mention the countries he says he has partnered with to take power in the 2016 election. The FDC candidate urged the people of Kabarole where he got just over 17,000 votes in the 2011 election, to vote for him.
