I have disrupted my Xmas to send Nokrach and all members of UAH the postcard below which is not exactly your typical Xmas card but simply to remind those of you who celebrate Xmas to toast a drink for the future of Uganda's possible and future federal states of Uganda as proposed by FedBy20/20.
