{UAH} Each Region's Elders and youths must have Vision for their region
It appears elders and youth of each region need to go the drawing board and have a vision of what they would like their region to achieve and look like in the first world we want.
When I look at Ugandan towns and Rural trading centers they look like they belong to the 1800'sincluding the so called new buildings Ugandans are bringing up.
The roads belong to 1800's. Because elders and youths are not using their brains.

And yes. you can remove a monkey from the bush but you cannot remove the bush from their brains and thinking. We have Govt technocrats who display such behaviour. i.e. look at the rural roads. they are such a mess its so expensive for rural folk to send their produce for storage or to the Market.
It is so expensive to take services and products (development) because the roads are a mess. We need to have minimum standards for rural roads.
If I was in charge of an engineering faculty I would not allow anyone to Graduate with a masters degree until the come up with an innovative way to deal with rural roads challenges. I will even say no one graduates until he she has improved a rural road in his or her region i.e. from scratch. From design to constructing the road to first world standards. That's my vision.Disclaimer:Everyone posting to this Forum bears the sole responsibility for any legal consequences of his or her postings, and hence statements and facts must be presented responsibly.
