{UAH} KAGAME ON AFRICAN PRESIDENTS AND GADHAFFI

In this video, Kagame confesses to revealing two things none of us would have known about our African leaders. What goes on when African presidents are invited by world powers such as the US, India and China. His dislike for Gadhaffi.

1/ Kagame humorously tho serious, reveals what goes on when  African presidents receive such invitations from the White House, India and China come. The rush to reach there first and fast, the begging for attention and that some leaders have actually cried tears when begging forr attention. He also reveals in a humiliating way how these leaders calm the cry-babies like real children telling them "You will be fine. We will take care of you". he mostly deplores their pathetic behaviors.

2/ He reveals his dislike for Gadhaffi. In the audience was late Ethiopian president, Zenawi's daughter. Kagame reveals how how the so-called "Diplomatic Bags" arent really bags but for some, esp Gadhaffi, they were Diplomatic Containers. The confesses to revealing the peak of his hate of Gahafi when Rwandan intelligence once scanned and discovered weapons which led to a confidential raid on Libyan Embassy officers and the outcome shocked the country. He wondered at the huge stockpile of weapons that came from Libya and what Gadhaffi's plans were.

Referring to Zenawi's daughter, he says he had the opportunity of revealing the incident on Libyan weapons arsenal of all advanced types in Rwanda to Zenawi but was so shocked that he had done the same in diplomatic shipments to Addis Ababa. That for Ethiopia Gadhaffi's Diplomatic Bags were later found to be containers of advanced weapons wondering what dude intended to do in Ethiopia with them.

What makes for interest in Kagame's speeches are the suspense when one who has been a regular and patient listener of the man is expected to reveal something incredible. He isnt a good speaker but his dull humours coupled with frequent revelations are reasons we should be listening to Kagame more than our comedian president, Kaguta. Kagame's have relevant contents. Museveni's have concocted proverbs.
