{UAH} Kayihura vows to arrest Mbabazi security team

Folks;

As usual, the omnipresent IGP is blaming the wrong guy. 

Mbabazi's security team was tasked with protecting Mbazai from any threats, even from NRM hooligans who blocked his passage. Gen. Kayihura could start by arresting those NRM fanatics with the simple offense of impeding traffic, if he wishes for Ugandans to take him seriously.
