{UAH} THE REGIONS DON'T WANT THAT FROM THE NEXT PRESIDENT.

People;

 The graphic map below clearly shows my idea of a federal Uganda, but the author ducks the issue and chose to write about screws and bolts!. 

The regions don't want the trash he has attempted to list, but some form of autonomy, regional parliament, a federal Uganda for crying out loud! It's the regions and not the next pretender to determine what employment to create, what hospital and schools to build, what road to tarmac etc. The "what and where" should be left to the regions, and that is what federalism is all about! 

The author, however, managed to capture in graphics, the best illustration of a future, federal Uganda. And the north proudly stands out on top of the rest. I intend to use the author's Map to point out our case for federalism because that is the future of Uganda and we should not allow the nature of federalism to be determined by the so call "next president" but by "next generation Ugandans" who back the FedBy20/20 Campaign and I' am proud to be part of that!!!
