{UAH} Study those images and tell me the solution

If you want to learn and understand I bring to you four images ;

1. a river stream  which under the NEMA/WATER ACT should be protected

2. a settlement in a wetland and as per 1900 this is public land but that land was sold by somebody to now wetlands tenants

3. Umeme cables - and umeme is a South African coporate body with better understandig of such infrastructure design

4. the above applies.

Unless you are a dictator - some of what you see in those pictures tell a tale of : insubordination, corruption, ignorance, brute malise and total institution failure besides African ways in many respect.

There is also sabotage!

If for example you want to move people away from the wetlands, I am sure you won't and politicians will certianly come out to oppose you!
