It appears the New Government in Tanzania has very good information - wherever they take action, charges are being placed against the criminals just immediately.

 
Read closely, the pattern of these actions, they are focused and directed. This is not popularistic, where talking precedes action (it is action and talk later a law enforcing intelligence based) - it appears to be well informed, discrete and directed. Otherwise how will they know for sure that such and such amount was stolen by so and so.
