Oscar Pistorius has been granted bail until sentencing for the 2013 murder of his girlfriend in April.  Last week a South African court tossed out a lower court's conviction of the ex-Olympic sprinter on a manslaughter charge, convicting him instead of murder.

Pistorius is also seeking an appeal of that higher court's decision.
