{UAH} Uganda: Modern light railway transport system for Kampala

Cool down - Bwanika and Milano Polytechnic have designed a comprehensive Transport Network for Northern Uganda, north of Lake Kyoga. This need vigours marketing in order to be implemented since it is one of the best transport based metric and scale system ever done anywhere in the world.

I am still sitting on the material but I am hopeful once this is presented in October next year 2016 and implemented L'Kitgum will say bye to Canada - then he will be missing nothing as he links up with his Mugishu candy.
