If you know of any Ugandan in Motor Engine Designer let in touch

Can you kindly help try to trace a Uganda Russian Trained Motor Engine Designer in Denmark - Dr. Opiro or his children might know him. The Engineer might be living or lived in Copenhagen around 1986 - 87 but I lost touch with him and I have forgotten his name.
