The argument is very simple, Associate Justice of the Supreme court Anthony Kennedy was enticed to retire at age 82 and replaced by Brett Kavanaugh, a closer look at the current sitting, indicates that Judge Stephen Breyer is 82 years old and very closely followed by Judge Samuel Alito that is 70.
