{UAH} You Can Stand As Independents, Museveni Tells NRM MPs

President Yoweri Museveni, who met with about 60 of the incumbent National Resistance Movement MPs, says if they feel they have the support from voters to win in the 2016 elections, they are free to be nominated and stand as independents.

Methinks this is a master stroke hoping that they are NRM leaning even if towards Go-Forward. This is because he can either buy them with a few pennies to defect or promise them with air as usual. 

This will chip KB's support.
