I said it all along and now, i have a prof. who agrees with me. Buganda should stop buttering Museveni's bread in hope. Buganda should reach out to Ugandans who owns the country and not Museveni who does not. This will imperil, not only Buganda's fudged attempt but the federal movement at large. Its upto the rest of Ugandans to agree to a major shock therapy such as a change in system of governance. I look forward to more progressive Baganda who look beyond Museveni to take charge of the federo drive. 

Frank, when i talk of Fedby20/20 campaign i do so with the knowledge that the Campaign needs to get all on board because its us together that rather than him, who will ultimately decide on the nature and frame work for the new system. This is very important. And so the notion that the Katikiro is not doing enough is bullshit, its Buganda that is sitting on her hands rather than reaching out. 

The prof himself should desist from promising Buagnad federo, its Ugandans who will grant themselves federo.
