{UAH} 3 billion shs for Physical Planning what a Joke?

Check on the internet how much a square meter of current aerial image which you can turn into a map cost! How can you plan without maps?

The government has given merger 3 billion to MoLHUD just about

$ 882'352 US. That money can't even build a single commericial building since that is what very urban dwellers need to develop municipalities instead of trading on streets.

As a matter of fact - physical planning will require that the entire country's municipal planning offices have current maps which they currently do not have since there are no capacity to generate base maps in the country! late alone have equiped planning offices
