Besigye promises to institute inquiry into Andrew Kayiira's death
Besigye visited the grave of the Late Dr Andrew Lutakoome Kayiira the leader of UFM one of the groups that against the Obote and Lutwa governments between 1980 and 1986. He was killed in 1987.
