{UAH} BIRAAROO SHOULD GO HERD HIS CATTLE.

Here he says;

Soroti- Presidential candidate Benon Biraaro, has attacked his opponents in FDC for their promise of granting regions a federal system of government.

Campaigning in Soroti Distict yesterday, the retired army general told the people of Soroti Municipality that a federal system of government will cause a lot of problems in a country where tribalism is still a sensitive issue.

Maj Gen Biraaro said Uganda is one nation, reasoning that federalism is a deliberate attempt to divide the nation into different parts.

Wapi!    Nobody wants to cut and divide Uganda up; not even the Baganda for that matter for Baganda capitalist traders want to reach as far as Sudan to do buiness and its via Acholi that they need to cross to reach there. That corridor will be open to all in a federated Uganda. So Biraaroo is rumour but mongering.. 

The only good thing is that he has awaken the sleepy East to the federal momentum and that is a very good outcome.
