{UAH} Buganda invest in New Off. Grid Tech, Estates and Energy

Buganda has a chance of getting off ground but there is need of a substantial initial investment capital.

Entebbe Land lease to Uganda expired years ago. Entebbe can still absorb many more high class hotels through private partnerships. Water sports on Nalubaale are largely underdeveloped. This is the same as Lake Wamala, the entire Shore line of Nalubaale.

Investing in Tourism like bird reserves, small and tamed big mammals and working with National forest Authority to restore Buganda forest for hard wood harvesting will bring in substantial funding in research and tourism alike.

But the real money is in energy. Buganda can off load Trillion Mega Watts of power on the national grid, if some rocky islands in Lake Victoria are turned into wind farms or solar power energy generating islands.

Buganda also needs its own building and construction company besides Gold processing industry for Mubende Gold.

Every ssaza can work with the municipality or town council to urban plan and that implies an initial investment of high class estates like Kumbu in Masaka from which Buganda can reap a dime on monthly basis.
