There is work to do! Buganda's budget is SHS 7-8 UG Billion. It should be SHS 1 UG Trillion and raising every year by a factor of 4-6 %.

Reason like this: a Building like Masengere which is still unfinished will cost more than $ 5 US Million dollars (SHS 17 UG billion at current value) to build and finish.

How much did Centenary Bank (Mapeera House cost to build)? The  estimated cost of the pension towers on Lumumba avenue is SHS 260 UG billion ($104 US million).

Buganda need 18 Pension Towers (Kabaka or Nabegeraka Towers) buildings in every Ssaza high street!  Do the math.

So far Buganda have collected (etoffari) less than 5 billion Uganda Shilling which is about $ 1.5 US million. Most building material for interior and out side design are imported!

If Katikiro Charles Peter Mayiga is going to do modest Develop in Buganda he needs more than $ 500 US million currently in defecit of $ 498.5 US million dollars.

Buganda Continue contributing funds through a monthly fee of shs 10000 UG for each family of four people that is SHS 2500 UG per individual. if  3 million Baganda do that every month shs 30 UG billion a month will be collected BUT hardly enough to build half of Masengere!

And the floor in Bulange need new parakeets, internet and much more. Buganda need investors (PPP) in Infrastructure within Buganda and that will be a lot of dollars(ensimbi) indeed.
