{UAH} Debate With Ssabitti Mutengesa (aka Corporal Otto Patrick) No.1.

Here are excerpts of the recent brutal debate I have been having with
Major Ssabitti Mutengesa, also kinown as Corporal Otto. This has been
on UAH Facebook. I have had a similarly brutal debate with Dr Eric
Kashambuzi on the same forum.

KAYIBANDA MUSEVENI- WORLD'S WORST TYRANT.

In a recent interview on Al Jazeera, Dr Adam Branch, a former senior
research fellow at the Makerere Institute of Social Research,
Professor of Political Science at San Diego State University, USA, and
the leading expert on state sanctioned violence in the 20th century,
made the following claims:
That Yoseri Kayibanda Museveni is:
• The world's most corrupt leader, with wealth estimated at over 11 billion USD;
• The world's most brutal leader, with attributed deaths at a
staggering 6 million; per capita, Dr Branch maintains, Kayibanda is
far worse than Nazi Fuhrer Adolf Hitler;
• Serial transgressor of international covenants on the rights of the
child through illegal recruitment of child soldiers, abductions, rapes
and torture;
• Some of Kayibanda's Key Lieutenants and hired accomplices include
brutal warlord Paul Kagame of Rwanda, responsible for the genocide of
over one million innocent people in Rwanda, Pierre Bemba(the fat boy)
and Thomas Lubanga of the DR Congo, suspected war criminals facing
trial at the international Criminal Court at the Hague, and many other
blood-soaked war mongers, terrorist aggrupations like M23, criminals
and assorted merceneries in the Great Lakes region;
Dr Adam Branch has also written a seminal article titled "UGANDA'S
KILLING FIELDS" and "MUSEVENI'S EXTERMINATION POLICY IN NORTHERN
UGANDA". Both of these works give the most authoritative account of
the genocide that was carried out in Northern Uganda by Yoseri
Kayibanda Museveni and his murderous militia, a death cult
organization known as "NRA". My own sister, Anna-Maria, was an early
victim of Kayibanda's policy of genocide, brutally murdered at only 21
years of age.
Yoseri Kayibanda Museveni is now facing at least 7criminal charges at
the International Criminal Court at the Haque, for offences ranging
from War Crimes, Crimes Against Humanity, Torture, Sexual Violence
including homosexual rape, Cruel and Inhuman Treatment and Genocide.
I have also instituted a private prosecution in the High Court of
Tanzania in Dar es Salaam against Yoseri Kayibanda Museveni relating
to the suspected murder and disappearance of his late wife Hope
Kwaheru in Dar es Salaam in 1976. I am charging said Yoseri Kayibanda
Museveni with murder, abduction, kidnap rape, torture, concealment of
a felony, obstruction of justice and aggravated hooliganism . After a
long and painstaking search lasting 7 years, I have collected enough
evidence to sustain a conviction against Kayibanda for all the
offences mentioned above.
The legal dragnet is slowly closing around Yoseri Kayibanda Museveni.
He may hide in State House Entebbe or Rwakitura under the guise or
alibi of " President of the Republic of Uganda", but such
subterfuges will NEVER SAVE HIM from accounting before the bar of
justice for his egregious, barbaric and inhumane acts. No amount of
brutality will Save Kayibanda and he knows it. He knows my
determination to bring him to justice. The suffering my family has
gone through, the murder of my sister, the needless deaths of over 6
million people, this long litany of grotesque and unparalleled cruelty
and evil will not go unpunished.
