Brothers and sisters, since Uganda has no national language, and since
our masses depend on radio, the next presidential debate should be
regionally based, in a major local language, and where necessary, we
use translators.
If it is gazetted by Uganda Electoral Commission, we can have at least
four debates, in at least for traditional regions i.e. Buganda,
Eastern, Western, and Northern.
