{UAH} Kayihura puts a shs.20M reward for Mbabazi aide

Folks;

By police's own admission, Mbabazi aide, Christopher Aine has a court date on Jan 6. Why then, does the same police find it urgent to locate him on Jan.2.? Why can't they wait for him abscond his bond or fail to appear on Jan 6 before searching for him?

This bounty on Aine raises two disturbing possibilities;

1) He's being held incommunicado, and the police want to feign ignorance about his whereabouts by putting this large sums for information about him.

2) He's dead, and police know without doubt that no one can lead them to his remains.

Either possibility is unsettling, because it confirms my worst fear: Kayihura's police is continuing its 2015 abuse of human rights into 2016.
