{UAH} NRM SHOULD REINFORCE

PRESIDENT Yoweri Museveni has proven the most popular presidential
candidate in Buganda Region. This was well shown in West Buganda in
districts like Kiboga, Kyankanzi and Mityana, and it is the same story
today in Kassanda and Mubende.
However, Dr. Besigye also registered huge rallies in South Buganda
especially in Bukomansimbi, Kalungu and Kalangala districts.
This was due to the fact that we have not deployed those who lost or
were rigged out in NRM party primaries. Some of the incumbents and
flag bearers led by my good friend Kiwanda Ssuubi, are not credible
and popular ast all. So the disgruntled seem not to have constrained
their disgruntled followers from attending Besigye;s rallies.
It is better for our National Task Force led by Hajjati Janati Baluzi
Mukwaya and NRM Buganda Regional Task Force led by Haji Abdul Nadduli
to deply these disgruntled ones side by side with the flag bearers to
solicit for President Museveni's and NRM votes.
For example, in West Buganda, Didas Shingiro Kayonga, who contested
with Kiwanda, can do well in Mityana, Mubende, Kiboga and Kyankwanzi.
Mathis Kintu who contested with Vincent Sempijja, can do well in
Kalungu, Masaka, Bukomansimbi and Kalangala.
Danstan Busulwa who contested with Peter Sematimba, can do well in
Central Buganda covering Wakiso, Mpigi, Butambala and Gomba.
The earlier the better.
