{UAH} Ocen, WBK//Is Tony Gachoka finding his way back to Raila's camp?

Folks;

Tony Gachoka is the proverbial green snake in green grass! 

Here, he pens a fairly reasonable missive, beseeching the president and Raila to hold an immediate meeting to discuss four specific items of national importance. 

But, it's Gachoka's recent conduct that leads me to question his intention here, because he lacks the credibility to be taken seriously, or to be considered a neutral force, who is merely looking out for the good of the country.
