{UAH} Update on lawsuit

We had oral arguments on November 30, 2015.  Those arguments centered on our motion for judgment on the pleadings and our motion to supplement the petition.  The Court has not ruled on those motions.  Last month, we filed an ex parte emergency motion to turn our motion for judgment on the pleadings into one for summary judgment.  The Respondents opposed it and the judge denied our motion. We wanted to force the Respondents to discolse their evidence.  i.e they did not have to disclose their evidence when they opposed our motion for judgment on the pleadings.  

That allowed them to fabricate numbers...they claimed that UNAA had 1,359 members in 2014 yet they were about 85.  With a motion for summary judgment, they would have had to disclose the 1,359 members that they claim UNAA had.  Therefore, we are going to file a motion for summary judgment in about 2 weeks.  They will be forced to present evidence backing their allegations.  They may also have to swear affidavits backing their facts...  In addition, as part of the discovery process, they are going to send proof of payment by each member.
