BUT MOBILE PHONES CAN BE USED TO INTIMIDATE AND CONTROL VOTERS AS WELL. Alltså, controll and influence a voter's conviction: making voters vote against their own wills because of fear.

For example if some one who has been "bought" actually desires to vote according to his own conviction instead ( rd to blow the buyer), he can be controlled. He can be ordered to actually use his mobile phone camera to show that he has actually voted as directed by the "boss" who is standing else where outside ready to bang him should he vote differently!!

NEJ, KEEP MOBILE PHONES AWAY!!!
