SV: {UAH} FRANK NSUBUGA YOU GOT NEWS!

Akim,
Now you see, this is what is called climbing a tree from the top or castle in the air. Or perhaps, building without foundation like  babylon
on sand.

What is this so called the Northern State?!!? Which are the Nilotics, Nilo-hamites etc?

Like I was saying the other time, if you have identified the goal then you should work on the foundation first. In effect, resolve the conflicts between the Northern tribes first in order to trade fro sure which tribes will in! If Karuma is the southgern border, how about the northern border? And,  the eastern and western borders?

Don't you forget that there were other Acoli Kingdom that were outside the Payira Kingdom. Recall that? So, why do you want to give the impression that the Kingdom of Payira was the overall Kingdom of Acoli?

Was the Kingdom of Padibe also part of Payira?

Well, may be you have really pushed some constructive dialogue with the Langi, Alur, Madi,Lugbara etc.,so you are sure they want in. The last time I checked there were other chieftains in Acoli under the current Lawi Rwodi set-up who want out!!!

AND, THAT IS ONLY JUST THE SECOND NAME compared to the other tribes you appear to drum for. Actually, the Karuma border itself only touches a tiny part of Acoli (NOW NWOYA DISTRICT). Shortly after Karuma  through Kamdini etc.,you are in LANGO.

I have never heard any Langi here on UAH  giving even a blink  to your proposal....NONE!!!!

So, if I may ask, what is you organisation doing or what has it been doing if up to now, there is nothing to sow inform of responsive dialog with the tribes of the supposed "NORTHERN STATE"? Or is it merely a briefcase organization?

Is there any ground work dialogue?
Aha aha, Ugandan also!!

Wapiii! America went to war, they did not sit down like you claim sir. We on the other hand, have natural boundaries which the white man ignored when drawing the boundaries of Uganda on the sand. Let me give you the boundaries if i may. Karumba is a natural boundary for the northern state. To the north is the nilotics and to the south is the Bantus. Then on the eastern side of the country, we have the Basoga and the rest of the Easterns including the Itesots who will form the Eastern state etc so, quit pretending that we are yet to labour in demarcating what nature has already done for man.

So rest knowing that your kajanja will go no further than Karumba unless you change your ways.

So all of you as regions sit on a single table with a record of what you each have and what you want to use together as a country, but separating what you do not want to share.

What does Northern Uganda has that is wants to share with the rest of the country and what is it they want to remain with?

There are 55 chiefs and 800 clans in Acholi headed by Rwot David Onen Acana II, who is the Paramount Chief.

Monitor.

Frank Nsubuga;

I told you yonks that federalism is as Acholi as Mere is Kiganda. With all these clans and number of chiefs, it was the federal system that kept Acholi united. So it is time Acholi exported that very system to the country. Federalism does not come any better than this. Even America could only afford fifty states.
