SV: {UAH} Record Dates Umeme does not service you

AKIM,
AND, YOUR ARGUMENT IS?!

Jal, wek yela. I was just on viewing some really awful public rally speech by Hon Okumu Reagan. The speeach is so primitive and a disgrace. I have to analyse and respond to it. Hon Okumu has gotten short of steam and tend to trade on excommunicated events of the 1980s.

That detour aside, IF YOU INTEND TO DEBATE / DISCUSS, PLEASE DO SO: DON'T GO MAKING IRRELEVANT AND VOID SWEEPING STATEMENTS.

WHAT IS THE CONTEXT ISSUE HERE?

This is not primarily about President Museveni. Uganda has a whole mountain of skilled people including you yourself who are supposed to be capable of coming up with brighter ideas on how to resolve situations to the benefit of the society.

President Museveni is not the Parliament of Uganda. The opposition can contribute with propositions and constructive dialogues too, not so?

You see, one of the reasons why our opposition now sway left and right in quest of alliance and partners is because they ordinarily have not participated and contributed keenly enough to be able to build partnership on basis of mutual policies. They are waiting and have been waiting untill they themselves are state power holders. But we live now. Ugandan live now too.

Now, since you have now acquired demanding skills, won't you reach out and demand well articulated libility standards?

Nokrach

What stench of hypocrisy coming out from your mouth. Its the same mouth you have used repeatedly to tell the world how uncle Kaguta has developed the nation.

Eat your vomit in peace!

Thank you Dan.

Recall I wrot about this some time last year even while I was still in Uganda? Then I wrote about how UMEME'S clients place no demand on the services? It was very frustrating in the Seguko, Kajjansi Jomayi areas. I would purchase my food, stock the freezer only to wake up in the morning to find there is no power. So, I had to throw away all. It was the same procedure over and over. We invited people for dinner and while we were cooking, suddenly power would be gone. I even went and complained to one UMEME boss.

I recall I wrote here too, that UMEME'S CUSTOMERS SHOULD PROTEST AND DEMAND COMPENSATION EACH TIME POWER CUT LASTS LONGER THAN AN AGREED DURATION.

There was a time we were in Gulu and a power cut lasted more than a week!!!!!
Parliament should wake up and enforce law to allow for compensation when service delivery come off.

First you buy appliances for comfort. Then you can not use them? One wastes a lot of money buying food stuff only to throw the same away. And from a public health view point, people get sick eating rotten stuff.

I am trying to record dates per hour when Umeme is not offering me services. I did it last year and I am doing it this year to get a clear picture of how much I loose and how much umeme probably gains in not servicing me.
