{UAH} ACHOLI SHOULD NOT RUSH INTO CESSATION!!
People;
The recent rejection of NRM by the north is a clear endorsement for cessation but the north should be cautioned against such notion. There is no point throwing the baby out with the bathwater. Uganda will still be there in a few years after the Mu7 and his NRM have turned to dust. Acholi should not hasten to turn their back to the southern part of the country, Uganda should remain united under one flag.
The people of Gulu in particular, deserve mention for their resolve to reject Mu7 and all his antics. He may rule with a rod but the people of Gulu will not submit to his wimp and I congratulate them for the temerity and tenacity to stand firm in the face curmudgeonly. Their determination to keep Gulu clean is awe inspiring. Anything but NRM is the motto that the people of Gulu have held to like a hungry child holds to the mother's bosom. This is a clear endorsement that Acholi deg ming and they are ready to manage their own affair through thick and thin, never to accept bribery through sham election.
What i read is that Acholi is clearly ready for federalism and it is a matter of time when the concept shall reach home and taken to like a duck to water. But this must be done with caution so as not to be misconceived as an attempt or call to cut loose. The Fedby20/20 campaign is aware of this danger and as it waits for the dust from the sham election to settle, it shall draw out a program to set the ball rolling and Gulu, historically being the town where change is brewed, will be the launch pad for the Fedby20/20 campaign to free the nation from the shackle of dictatorship.
Yawn yawn!
