{UAH} Are KIiza Besigye's crowds voters?

Folks,

I have always doubted the effectiveness of a cool calculative  Mugisha Muntu and his thoughtful way as  modus operandi.at the FDC helm. His approach was building FDC at/from the grass root. Mostly he avoided Besigye's abrasiveness as a way of conducting business. In Africa, it never works. He surprisingly and very quietly transversed  the country and established low level FDC unites that never caught Ssabalwanyi's eye. Why? Because Ssabalwanyi focused  his numerous security organs, that more often, overlap each other with no defined boundaries because they all ended up at Ssabalwanyi's desk(and lately Gen Muhoozi) with completely mixed up intel , only sniffing for any uprising using the GUN. Museveni knows that unless a GUN is used, nobody will remove him. My thinking is that he even expects it and is very ready.
By the time Kiiza Besigye took over the mantle, FDC has surprisingly a strong presence even in the rural areas where it was NRM/UPC everywhere, everybody. You only have to look at his campaigns todate. I am told Ssabalwanyi is not bothered by them crowds. He is more troubled by what JPAM may not or likely do. Perhaps the locking up of Sejusa is the fear that disenfranchised  Besigye voters WHO include VERY many VETERANS may have second thoughts. I badly wish they do.
The question is :  are those crowds Besigye's is pulling likely voters?
