UCC and telcoms blocking their networks have really made a good campaign on behalf of those in opposition.

Though by 7.00 the youth were sharing proxy software – one local radio was actually talking about bypassing the blocked protocols, which makes the entire process meaningless and stupid.

such erratic actions have dipped the state into a quagmire.
