After elections we shall give one million (1,000,000) shillings to every registered crime preventer and we shall continue to pay them 600, 000 Shs every month for the next six months as we create alternatives fir them to join gainful employment in other sectors. We encourage them to desist from unlawful behaviour as the law will definitely catch up with them as individuals.
They are our brothers and sisters and we do not want to see them being used to sustain a spent force in government."
