{UAH} Can Poll Agents show cuase - was there masive rigging (evidence)

What does the law say about Poll Agents and Officials who fail in their duties?

I wish the judiciary, government and the Police Authority takes interest in the issues that led to way vote material never reached polling stations on time wherever it never reached in time.

As a matter of national security, Uganda police force can ask the poll agents to show cause why they failed in their contractual obligations.

This is urgent to rectify the situation whether there was massive rigging as alleged or not!
