{UAH} DR CONGO V UGANDA: ATTENTION ROBERT ATUHAIRWE
Robert Atuhairwe,
I quoted this case to your new found confrere Ssabitti Mutengesa,
using it as evidence of the unbridled corruption, sleaze, graft,
lawlessness and criminality that Yoseri kayibanda Museveni and his
gang of Forty Thieves are engaged in. Instead of addressing this case,
Mutengesa instead set out on his own trajectory, trawling my postings
over the last ten years, some of which he hacked directly from my
email account, including private communications I had with Abbey
Semuwamba in his capacity as Administrator.
Since Mutengesa will not address this issue and similar ones like the
GHOST SOLDIERS'S HEIST, considered to be the most daring operation in
the history of organised crime in Uganda, could you please answer or
comment on the accusations that I level against your boss and
paymaster kayibanda Museveni and his cohorts.
As you can see from the judgement below, in 2006 the International
Court of Justice at the Haque found Uganda guilty of plunder,
racketeering, pillage, illegal exploitation, and environmental
destruction and vandalism of and over the natural and human resources
of the DR Congo and ordered Uganda to pay reparations f $10 billion.
The evidence I have collected clearly show most of the proceeds of the
Congo loot went into personal off shore bank accounts of Kayibanda
Museveni, and to his field commanders James Kazini and Kale Kayihura,
both Rwandan mercenaries, Salim Ahmad Salah, a Somalian renegade and
half-brother to kayibanda and Kahinda Otafirre, a Ugandan quisling and
career criminal. This judgement debt has never been paid. Last month,
I travelled to the Haque to check on this case and discovered that,
together with compound interest and penalties for non-payment, the
amount now owing to the DR Congo is $25 billion. This is almost
exactly the same as Uganda's Annual GDP. It is a debt that any future
democratic government of Uganda would have to pay, in order to avoid
being regarded, as it is now, as an OUTLAW NATION that does not abide
by its international obligations.
Please read the judgement herein attached below and answer the
question I posed to your confrere Ssabitti Mutengesa, whether ONLY on
this ground and this Ground alone, Kayibanda Museveni should Never be
a leader of any country in the world, not even a banana republic like
Uganda. His proper place is behind bars or more appropriately at the
gallows. Can I also inform you that there is an application pending at
the ICC by Congolese citizens for the extradition of Kayibanda
Museveni to DR Congo to face trial for numerous offences, most
relating to foreign invasion, mercenary activities, terrorism,
plunder, pillage and looting, slavery and forced enslaved, mass rape
and sodomy, genocide and mass murder, war crimes and crimes against
humanity.
Thank You.
