voting is on feb 18th.

Openning hour is 7:00Am.

Closing hour is 4:00Pm.

The election process has only 9 hours
Thats 540 minutes

Officers to use biometric machines.

It takes one minute to verify a voter using the machine

It takes two minutes to verify a voter using the manual register

If each voter takes one minute to vote those are 540 voters at a polling station

If a voter takes two minutes those are 540/2 =270 voters
