{UAH} Electoral Commission doesn’t have Declaration Forms!!!-Bwanika
Appearing on N.B.S television this morning, presidential candidate and president of the People Development Party made a claim that the E.C didn't have declaration forms.
He argued that if they at all had them, they would have publised them on their website. Bwanika, a few days back became the third presidential candidate to reject the election results released by the Electoral Commission.
In demand for the forms, Dr Bwanika indicated that the forms would enable him and other Ugandans to verify the tallies with a view to ascertaining the actual winner. The PDP president polled 89,005 (0.86 per cent) of the valid votes cast.
It should also be noted that the European Union (EU) also asked the Electoral Commission a few days back to publish without delay a copy of results from each of the country's 28,010 polling stations breaking down scores of each of the eight presidential candidates and over 458 parliamentary contestants.
EC spokesman Jotham Taremwa, however, argued that "The candidates should get the declaration of results forms from their agents and compare with results on our website."
