{UAH} I am trying to find this person

'I am trying to find this person . No it is not his baby . He is the godfather . Photo was taken in 1982 in Belgium . His name is Clement Kiggundu Ssali . He probably lives in Kampala but not sure . He must be around 65-70 years of age now . Please help me to find him. Please pass over info to the UAH moderator, Abbey Semuwemba, in case of any thing'----
