Indeed, former Primer Hon Amama Mbabazi has perfected the art of talking and yet, saying nothing!
Still on todays Monitor he continues asseting full knowledge of all the tricks and stuff of rigging elections in Uganda including knowledge that the election shall be rigged.
YET, ALL INSINUATIONS REGARDLESS, HE DOES NOT ARTICULATE THE PROCEDURE BEING APPLIED ?
Why is Hon Mbabzi being disrespectful to Ugandan? Might it be because he too, is engaged in rigging and therefore can not open the lid that pierce his own eyes? Some thing is not correct. Or perhaps he does not know the tricks being used but is pretending to give the impression of full knowledge?!
